Committee Overview

The Aftersales Subcommittee is comprised of 7 Retailer Members from all Regions, the Executive Director of the GMW Dealer Communication Team, and Members from BMW Group Canada and/or MINI.

Focusing on BMW, MINI, and I brands in the Canadian marketplace, the purpose of this subcommittee is to work with BMW Group Canada on aftersales initiatives from a Retailers’ perspective to obtain more efficiency in the aftersales market, as well as identifying issues and concern, and having a plan moving forward, to increase sales and customer experience in every aftersales department.
